By redeeming your vouchers, you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to our Terms & Conditions.

To redeem your vouchers, please do the following:

1) Click on the following link: REDEEM VOUCHERS

2) On the product page, enter the number of vouchers you purchased/wish to redeem, and click Add to Cart.

3) An “Added to Cart” window will appear with the regular price showing (you will get your discount in Step 4). Click CHECK OUT.

4) On the order review page, enter your voucher number and click APPLY. Repeat this step for each voucher. When you are done, your product cost should be ZERO. Once you’ve entered all of your vouchers, click PROCEED TO CHECKOUT.

**Note to SwarmJam customers: enter your voucher code WITHOUT the colon.

5) At the checkout, enter your billing and shipping address. The shipping cost of $15 per voucher will remain.

6) Select your method of payment, enter your payment details, then click PLACE ORDER.

At the end of the process, you will receive a confirmation email.
